If a seller sales a house, whose responsibility is it to pay to have the sales agreement written up?
I want to also know how much would it cost do have a sells contract written up, and does a lawyer do this, or is it the responsibility of the buyer to pay for this sells contract. I believe it should be the seller, hes selling it and without a realtor!

One of the neighborhoods with the best views is called Kinneloa Mesa. This area was started back in the later 1800’s by a man named Abbot Kinney. This man was called a world traveler. The sunny, warm and dry weather drew him out to the Southern California area for the later part of his life.
